- g Country Range Dijon Mustard
- ml Vegetable oil
- g Pasturised Egg yolk
- g White wine vinegar
- g Crushed clove of garlic
- g Salt and pepper

Step 1
Place the egg yolk, white wine vinegar, mustard, garlic and smoked paprika in a food processor and place on high speed -

Add the oil slowly until it is fully incorporated and you have a smooth thick emulsion -

Season to taste
