Speculaas Cookie Butter

A play on peanut butter using cookies, perfect as a spread.

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Speculaas Cookies
  • ml Water
  • g Soft Butter
  •   tbsp Honey
  •   tsp Ground Cinnamon
  •   tsp Maldon Salt

    Step 1

    Pre heat the oven to 200c / 180c fan
  • 2

    Step 2

    Cook the cookie pucks for 8/10 mins
  • 3

    Step 3

    Once the cookies are cold, blend with the water, soft butter, salt, cinnamon and honey until you have a smooth mix
  • 4

    Step 4

    Blend less if you want more texture and add to a cleaned jam jar and keep on the fridge for up to 1 week
