A play on peanut butter using cookies, perfect as a spread.

Ingredients
Increase Portion Size
- Speculaas Cookies
- ml Water
- g Soft Butter
- tbsp Honey
- tsp Ground Cinnamon
- tsp Maldon Salt

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 200c / 180c fan -

Cook the cookie pucks for 8/10 mins -

Step 3
Once the cookies are cold, blend with the water, soft butter, salt, cinnamon and honey until you have a smooth mix -

Step 4
Blend less if you want more texture and add to a cleaned jam jar and keep on the fridge for up to 1 week
