- g Country Range Strawberry Delight Mix
- Digestive biscuits
- g Melted Butter
- g Strawberries
- tsp Icing sugar

Step 1
Make the strawberry delight as per pack instructions. -

Smash the digestive biscuits to a crumb and mix with the melted butter. -

Place some of the crumb mix in the bottom of a suitable glass and gently press into the corners. -

Top with the strawberry delight and chill. -

Dice some fresh strawberry and mix with the icing sugar. -

Step 6
Garnish the cheesecake with the chopped strawberry mix and a half of strawberry.
