5 Total- 100 g Country Range Supreme Coronation Chicken
- 2 Country Range Poppadoms
- 4 Country Range Whole Apricots, sliced
- 1 pinch Country Range Whole Cumin
- 1 pinch Country Range Whole Coriander

Step 1
Pre-heat fryer to 180°C. -

Step 2
Drop in a poppadom and once it starts to grow, flip it and then remove it from the fryer. Quickly place it on a small bowl with another one on top. It will set and form a nice crisp bowl. DON’T BURN YOURSELF! -

Allow to cool. -

Add the chicken mix, top with sliced apricots and a few toast-ed cumin and crushed coriander seeds.
