Step 1Mix together the garlic, lemon juice and ground ginger to cre-ate a marinade, rub this over the lamb chops and leave for 1 hour to marinate.
Step 2Mix together the Greek yogurt and tandoori paste.
Step 3Rub this mix over the lamb chops and marinate for another 4 hours.
Step 4Heat a griddle pan and grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes each side.
- 50 g Country Range Tandoori Curry Paste
- 50 g Country Range Greek Style Natural Yogurt
- 10 g Country Range Garlic Purée
- ½ tsp Country Range Ground Ginger
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 individual lamb chops
