Thai Chilli Halloumi Burger

A bold fusion of flavours and textures, this Thai Chilli Halloumi Burger turns a simple vegetarian bite into something truly irresistible. Thick slices of golden, pan-fried halloumi bring a salty, satisfying crunch that pairs perfectly with a glossy brioche bun and a generous drizzle of sweet Thai chilli sauce.

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Country Range Brioche Buns
  • ml Country Range Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • ml vegetable oil
  •   halloumi slices (75g each)
  •   small bunch chopped coriander
  • g rocket
  •   red onion, sliced
  •   beef tomato, sliced
  •   lime (juiced)

    Step 1

    Fry the halloumi in vegetable oil until crispy and golden and keep warm
  • 2

    Step 2

    Place in a toasted brioche bun and layer with rocket, beef tomato and sliced red onion
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the Thai sweet chilli sauce and serve with fries. Add extra chilli sauce (optional)
