Tortilla Ice Cream Cone
Tortilla wraps are most commonly associated with savoury dishes, but with a little bit of chocolate and a sprinkling of imagination, they can be transformed into an ice-cream treat.
Step 1Melt the chocolate and keep it warm.
Step 2Cut the tortilla wrap in half and roll each half into a cone, securing with a cocktail stick.
Step 3Brush the outside with egg yolk and dust with icing sugar. Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes until crisp.
Step 4Once cool, brush the inside with melted chocolate.
Step 5Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with multi coloured crispies.

- 20 g icing sugar
