- g Country Range Basmati Rice
- Country Range Tortilla Wraps
- tin Country Range 5 Bean Salad
- tsp Country Range Smoked Paprika
- tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
- Diced onion
- tbsp Vegetable oil
- tbsp Tomato puree
- tsp Chilli sauce
- tsp Brown sugar
- Lime (juice)
- tsp salt
- tbsp Chopped coriander
- g salsa
- g Grated vegan cheese

Step 1
Soften the diced onion in a frying pan. -

Once softened, stir in the spices for 2 mins, followed by the tomato purée, chilli sauce, sugar and lime juice. -

Add all the beans with 1 tsp salt, some pepper and half a can of water. Simmer gently until the water is almost evaporated. -

Warm the flour tortillas and place a spoonful of cooked warm basmati rice in the middle -

Add a spoonful of refried means on top followed by the salsa, vegan cheese and chopped coriander -

Roll tight like a burrito. Wrap in tin foil and warm in the oven set at 180/160c fan for 5 mins -

Cut in half and serve with guacamole and more salsa
