Increase Portion Size

  •   tbsp Country Range Dijon mustard
  • ml Aqua faba (Country Range Chick Peas water)
  •   tbsp White wine vinegar
  • ml Veg oil
  •   tsp Salt

    Step 1

    Place the aquafaba, white wine vinegar, salt and Dijon mustard into a beaker

    Step 2

    Add the veg oil and blitz with a hand blender until thick and creamy
  • 3

    Step 3

    Store I the fridge for up to 4 days
