- Country Range Chicken Breast, sliced
- Country Range Tortillas
- ml Country Range Sweet Chilli Sauce
- g Country Range Basmati Rice, cooked
- tsp Country Range Crushed Chillies
- ml vegetable oil
- tsp Grated fresh ginger
- tsp Grated fresh garlic
- tbsp Soy sauce
- tsp Brown sugar
- Small bunch chopped coriander
- g Bean sprouts
- Sliced baby corn
- Sliced spring onion
- Sliced tenderstem brocolli
- lime (juice)

Step 1
Marinate the chicken breast in the soy, ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander and brown sugar for 2 hours -

Fry the chicken in the vegetable oil until just cooked. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes -

Add the sweet chilli sauce and add the squeezed lime juice. -

Place the chicken mix evenly onto two floured tortillas and ad a spoonful of cooked rice on top. -

Roll with tin foil to form 2 wraps and heat in the oven at 180c for 5 minutes. -

Cut in half and serve with lime wedges
