Festive Sausage Roll Wreath

Ingredients

  • g Country Range Puff Pastry
  • g Country Range Pork Sausage Meat
  • g Country Range Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix (made according to instructions and cooled)
  •   tbsp Country Range Cranberry Sauce
  •   egg, beaten
  •   tsp black pepper
  •   Optional garnish: fresh rosemary, sage and cranberries

    Prepare the filling: Mix the sausage meat, prepared stuffing and cranberry sauce until well combined.

    Assemble the roll: Lay the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, shape the filling into a long sausage along one edge, then roll up and seal with beaten egg.

    Form the wreath: Transfer to a lined baking tray, curve into a circle and join the ends together firmly.

    Decorate: Brush with beaten egg and add any pastry decorations or a sprinkle of herbs.

    Bake: Cook at 200°C (180°C fan) for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
