Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Balti Curry Sauce
- g Paneer cheese
- Dried Corgette
- g Quatered Mushrooms
- Diced Red Onion
- g Split Peas
- Diced Aubergine
- Minced Cloves Garlic
- g Grated Fresh Ginger
- Table Spoon Chopped Coriander
- Thinly Sliced Green Chillis
- Sliced Spring Onions
- ml Vegetable Oil
- Pinch Salt & Pepper to Taste

Step 1
Sweat the onion, garlic and ginger in veg oil until soft -

Step 2
Add the courgettes, mushrooms, spring onions, and aubergine and continue to cook for 10 mins -

Step 3
Add the rtu balti sauce and the cooked split peas or lentils and simmer for 5 mins -

Step 4
Add the diced paneer cheese and continue to simmer for 15 mins -

Step 5
Add the sliced chillis and coriander and season to taste
