Directions for Use

1.Blend 155g of Béchamel Sauce Mix into 200ml of cold water until smooth. 2.Whisk into 800ml of hot water and bring to the boil, whisking continuosly. 3.Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. The contents of this tub if prepared as directed will yield approximately 12 litres (22 pints)
