sugar, fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamin), vegetable oil (rapeseed), whole EGG powder, modified starch (maize), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, potassium bicarbonate), emulsifiers (propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), natural flavouring, whey powder (MILK).
1000g Mix, 510g Water or 400g Water and 110g Vegetable oil. Place mix into the mixing bowl. Add the water or water and oil. Using a beater mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. Scale at 85g into small muffin cases or 450g into a lined loaf cake pan. Baking Instructions: Bake Muffins at 195°C/385°F/Gas mark 5 for approximately 28 minutes. Bake Loaf cake at 180°C/360°F/Gas mark 4 for 45-50 minutes. Dried fruit, chocolate chips or flavourings can be incorporated into the batter. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual bakery conditions
MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS Place required amount of mix (see table below) into a bowl and add required amount of water and oil (or water only). Using a beater, mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down, then mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. Scale at 85g into small muffin cases and bake at 195°C/385°F/Gas Mark 5 for approximately 28 minutes. For a loaf cake, scale at 450g (1lb) and bake at 180°C/360°F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 45-50 minutes. Dried fruit, chocolate chips or flavourings can be incorporated into the batter and the muffins can be iced or filled once cool. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual conditions.
