PIZZA BASE: WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Stabiliser (WHEAT Flour, Ascorbic acid), Olive Oil, Salt, Dry WHEAT Sourdough (Malted WHEAT Flour, WHEAT Flour), Yeast, Fermented Wheat Flour (WHEAT). TOMATO SAUCE: Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Fresh Basil, Salt, Pepper, Citric Acid.

Conventional Oven From Chilled - Cook at 210-230°C for 6-8 minutes, depending on desired cook. Conventional Oven From Frozen - Cook at 210-230°C for 8-10 minutes, depending on desired cook. These instructions are as a guideline, as cooking appliances vary. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

Directions for Use

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze. Best used within 24 hours of thawing, but can be stored covered in a refrigerator for 72 hour after thawing. Always wash hands after handling raw dough. Top with desired topping and cook before consumption. Bases do not need to be fully thawed prior to cooking.
