COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (FROM FROZEN) Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Place parcels on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Cook for 40–45 minutes until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Ensure a core temperature of 75°C or above is reached. Do not reheat once cooled.
