Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Penne
- Country Range Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- ml Country Range Bechamel Sauce Mix
- tbsp Country Range Italian Seasoning
- Sliced onion
- Sliced courgette
- Cloves of crushed garlic
- g Grated parmesan
- Sliced green chillies
- ml Vegetable Oil

Step 1
Make up the bechamel sauce as per pack instructions -

Step 2
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water until a la dente (just cooked and still firm to the bite) -

Fry the chicken strips in the veg oil until golden then add the onion, garlic and courgette -

Continue to gently fry for 5 more mins then add the Italian seasonings, bechamel and the parmesan -

Step 5
Add the chicken and sauce to the warm pasta and mix well to get everything coated in the sauce -

Step 6
Finish with more grated parmesan and serve
