Find StockistWHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), fat reduced cocoa powder 5%, dextrose, raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, potassium bicarbonate), whole EGG powder, emulsifiers (E472b, E477), dried glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, stabilisers (xanthan gum, guar gum), whey powder (MILK).
Chocolate Sponge & Pudding Mix Premix 1000g, Water 500g, Add the premix to the bowl, add approximately half the required amount of water using a beater on slow speed, Scrape down, Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed, scrape down, add the remaining water over 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down, mix for a final 3 minutes on medium speed, Baking Instructions Scale at 225g/8oz for a 15cm/6'' sandwich pan or 1.8kg/4lbs for a large baking sheet, Bake 15cm/6'' tin at 195°C/380°F/Gas mark 5 for 20-25 minutes, and baking sheets at 200°C/390°F/Gas mark 6 for 25-30 minutes, Steaming Instructions Scale at 225g/8oz for 450ml/1 pint basin and steam for 30 minutes, Scale at 560g/1.25lbs for a 40cm/16'' sleeve tin and steam for 50 minutes These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual bakery conditions
