Cook from frozen. When cooking small amounts, reduce the cooking time. Do not overfill the fry basket. Do not overcook. Commercial fryer: Fry at 175°C for 3-5 minutes or until crisp and golden. Shake the fry basket above the oil-level for 30 seconds. Oven cook: Bake for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220°C turning occasionally until crisp and golden.
