Directions for use
1. Measure required amount of water with custard mix in a bowl. 2. Mix gently to make a smooth paste. 3. Bring remaining amount of water to boiling point and add the paste, stirring continuously. 4. Continue stirring, turn the heat down and simmer for 1 minute. 5. Remove from heat and use as required. DO NOT OVERCOOK. To make pouring custard: Whole bag (approx. 360 ptns) of custard mix - 3.5 kg, cold water - 2 ltr, boiling water - 15.5 ltr. To make 20 portions (approx. 55 ml per ptn): Custard mix - 200 g, cold water - 200 ml, boiling water - 800 ml. To make trifle custard: Whole bag (310 ptns) of custard mix - 3.5 kg, cold water - 2 ltr, boiling water - 13.5 ltr. To make 10 portions (approx. 55 ml per ptn): Custard mix - 225 g, cold water - 200 ml, boiling water - 800 ml.
Store in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight.
