BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Roll out pastry on a floured surface. Cut as necessary. Bake at 180-190°C/355-375°F until surface colour turns brown. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual conditions.

Directions for Use

SAVOURY MIX INSTRUCTIONS: Place required amount of mix and water (see table below) into a mixing bowl and blend on slow speed using a beater until the dough is smooth. SWEET MIX INSTRUCTIONS: Place required amount of mix and water (see table below) in to a mixing bowl, weigh 100g of sugar to every 1kg (1oz to 1lb) of dry mix and blend on slow speed using a beater until the dough is smooth. DO NOT OVER MIX. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Roll out pastry on a floured surface. Cut as necessary. Bake at 180-190°C/355-375°F until surface colour turns brown. Storage Instructions

Store in cool and dry conditions away from direct sunlight and frost. Once opened, reseal the pack, store in cool and dry conditions.
