SAVOURY MIX INSTRUCTIONS: Place required amount of mix (see table below) into a mixing bowl and blend on slow speed using a beater until the dough is smooth. SWEET MIX INSTRUCTIONS: Place required amount of mix (see table below) in to a mixing bowl, weigh 100g of sugar to every 1kg (1oz to 1lb) of dry mix and blend on slow speed using a beater until the dough is smooth. DO NOT OVER MIX. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Roll out pastry on a floured surface. Cut as necessary. Bake at 180-190°C/355-375°F until surface colour turns brown. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual conditions.
Store in cool and dry conditions away from direct sunlight and frost. Once opened, reseal the pack, store in cool and dry conditions.
