MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS Place required amount of mix (see table below) into a mixing bowl. Slowly add required amount of water whilst mixing on a slow speed using a dough hook. Mix for 5 minutes on a medium speed until the dough is smooth. Weigh and shape as required on a lightly floured surface. Cover and rest for 8 minutes. Roll out to desired thickness, place on a greased tray and pierce all over with a fork. Spread with desired topping to within 5mm of the edge. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bake at 170-180°C/340-355°F for 8-10 minutes. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual conditions.
Store in cool and dry conditions away from direct sunlight and frost. Once opened, reseal the pack, store in cool and dry conditions.
