Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Always cook from frozen. Oven commercial: Pre-heat oven to 180C and cook for 20-25 minutes. Oven domestic: Pre-heat oven to 180C and cook for 30-35 minutes. To deep fry: Pre-heat oil to 180C and fry for approx. 5-7 minutes. Air Fryer: 200C for 14-16 minutes
