Fortified WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Vegetable Oils (Palm, Sunflower), Raising Agents (Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Whey Powder (MILK), Free Range Whole EGG Powder.
Place required amount of mix and water (see table below) into a mixing bowl fitted with beater attachment and blend to a dough on slow speed. As soon as a dough is obtained, switch off. DO NOT OVER MIX. STEAMING INSTRUCTIONS Follow mixing instructions given above. Roll dough out to 3mm thickness and use as required. Roly Poly: in a 30cm sleeve tin for 1.5-2 hours. Steak and Kidney Pudding: roll out to 3mm thickness. Line greased tins or basins with pastry. Cover tins or basins and steam for 1.5 hours. Dumplings: divide into 60g pieces and mould into rounds. Either steam in steamer for 15-20 minutes or in with stew for last 15 minutes of cooking.
