Salt & Pepper Scampi with Skin-On Fries

Ingredients

  • g Country Range Scampi
  • g Signature by Country Range 7mm Skin On Fries
  •   green pepper, thinly sliced
  •   onion, thinly sliced
  •   red chillies, sliced
  •   limes, cut into wedges
  •   tsp sea salt
  •   tsp cracked black pepper
  •   tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  •   tsp chilli flakes
  •   tsp garlic granules
  •   Pinch of sea salt flakes
  •   portion Extra chilli slices (optional)
  •   lime (cut into wedges)

    Step 1

    Cook the Signature by Country Range 7mm Skin On Fries according to the pack instructions until golden and crisp.

    Step 2

    Cook the Country Range Scampi according to the pack instructions until crispy and cooked through.

    Step 3

    While the scampi and fries are cooking, mix together the salt, pepper, Chinese five-spice, chilli flakes and garlic granules.

    Sauté the onion, green pepper and chillies in a little oil for 3–4 minutes until softened.

    Toss the cooked fries and scampi with the vegetables and salt & pepper seasoning until evenly coated.

    Serve immediately with lime wedges and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
