Croissant and cookie colab. Perfect to use up left over croissants

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Fully baked, left over croissants
  •   Country Range cookies of your choice
  • g Country Range milk or dark chocolate drops

    Step 1

    Pre heat the oven to 2000c / 180c fan
  • 2

    Step 2

    Cut the fully baked croissants in half and place onto a parchment lined oven tray
  • 3

    Step 3

    Break up the raw cookie dough pucks and stuff the croissants with half of the pieces
  • 4

    Step 4

    Place the remaining pieces of cookies on top and bake in the oven for 6/8 mins then allow to cool
  • 5

    Step 5

    Melt the chocolate in a baine marie and then drizzle on top of each crookie
