Salt & Pepper Scampi with Skin-On Fries
Crispy salt and pepper scampi, coated in a light, seasoned crumb and fried until golden for a bold, flavour-packed bite. - g Country Range Scampi
- g Signature by Country Range 7mm Skin On Fries
- green pepper, thinly sliced
- onion, thinly sliced
- red chillies, sliced
- limes, cut into wedges
- tsp sea salt
- tsp cracked black pepper
- tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- tsp chilli flakes
- tsp garlic granules
- Pinch of sea salt flakes
- portion Extra chilli slices (optional)
- lime (cut into wedges)

Step 1
Cook the Signature by Country Range 7mm Skin On Fries according to the pack instructions until golden and crisp. -

Cook the Country Range Scampi according to the pack instructions until crispy and cooked through. -

While the scampi and fries are cooking, mix together the salt, pepper, Chinese five-spice, chilli flakes and garlic granules. -

Sauté the onion, green pepper and chillies in a little oil for 3–4 minutes until softened. -

Toss the cooked fries and scampi with the vegetables and salt & pepper seasoning until evenly coated. -

Serve immediately with lime wedges and a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
