Directions for use
How to make 1 litre: blend 155 g of bechamel sauce mix into 200 ml of cold water until smooth. Whisk into 800 ml of hot water and bring to the boil, whisking continuously. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Store in a cool dry place.
