To Boil: Add The Frozen Vegetables To The Boiling Water, Season To Taste And Cook Over A Gentle Heat For Approximately 6-8 Minutes. To Microwave: Place 250G In A Non Metallic Bowl And Add 2-3 Tablespoons Of Water And Cover. Cooked For 8 Minutes 650W. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
