Cooking & Handling Instructions

Directions for use

For best results, cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. To boil: add to boiling water, season to taste and cook over a gentle heat for approximately 6 - 8 minutes. To microwave: remove from packaging. Place 250 g in a non-metallic bowl, add 2 - 3 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook on full power (650 w) for 8 minutes. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Storage Instructions

*1 week, ** 1 month, *** see best before, **** see best before. To be stored at -18°C or colder. Ice making compartment: 3 days. Refrigerator: 24 hours. Cook on day of purchase if not kept frozen. Do not re-freeze after thawing.
