To Boil: Add to boiling water, season to taste and cook over a gentle heat for approximately 6 - 8 minutes. To Microwave:. Place 250g in a non-metallic bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook on full power (650W) for 8 minutes. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Directions for Use

For best results, cook from frozen. Do not eat raw.
