Sugar, Modified Starch, Skimmed MILK Powder, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (10%), Dried Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Emulsifiers (Lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Tetrasodium pyrophosphate), Calcium Carbonate, Stabiliser (Carrageenan), MILK Proteins, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon dioxide).

Directions for Use

per 110ml serving when made up: To make with semi-skimmed milk, use 15g mix plus 60ml milk. To make with water, use 23g mix plus 65ml water. Pour required quantity of milk or water into a large mixing bowl. Add required quantity of dessert mix and whisk on high speed for approximately 1 minute, scrape down and then mix for a further 4 minutes. Pour into serving dish and leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Best serve chilled. Once made up, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Makes 26 x 110 ml portions when made with water or 40 x 110 ml portions when made with semi-skimmed milk.
