For best results cook from frozen. When cooking small amounts, reduce the cooking time. Do not overfill the fry basket. Do not overcook. Commercial fryer: Fry at 175°C for 3-5 minutes or until crisp and golden. Shake the fry basket above oil level for 30 seconds.
