Skimmed MILK Powder (24%), Lactose (MILK), Coconut Oil, Whey Powder (MILK), Dried Glucose Syrup, Stabilisers (Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Polyphosphate), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), MILK Proteins, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Vitamin D.

**Reconstitution Rates:** For tea and coffee: 16oz powder for 1 gallon of water. 2oz powder for 1 pint of water. 100g powder for 1 litre of water. For drinking and cooking: 20oz powder for 1 gallon of water. 2 1/2oz powder for 1 pint of water. 125g powder for 1 litre of water.

Directions for Use

Using only clean utensils, whisk powder into half the recommended amount of water (warm for best results). When well dispersed, add cold water to make up volume and whisk again.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep bag tightly sealed and use within 4 weeks. Keep away from strong smells. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated. Do not mix with previously prepared batches. Use within 3 days.
