To Boil: Add Frozen Beans To Boiling Water And Simmer For Approximately 4-5 Minutes. To Microwave: Place 250G In A Non-Metallic Bowl And Add 2-3 Tablespoons Of Water And Cover. Cook On Full Power (650W) For 6 Minutes, Stirring Half Way Through Cooking. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
