Potatoes (92%), Sunflower oil (5%), Seasoning (3%) [Modified potato starch, rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, spices (bell pepper, black pepper), dextrin, raising agents (disodium diphosphates, sodium bicarbonates), natural flavouring (preparation of paprika), thickener (xanthan gum)].

Commercial Fryer: Preheat The Frying Oil To 175°C (347°F). Fry Quantities (Min. 500G) For About 3-3.5 Minutes Until Golden Yellow And Crispy. Frying Pan: Heat Some Oil Or Butter. Put The Seasoned Potato Wedges In The Frying Pan As Soon As The Butter Is Melted. Cook For About 10-15 Minutes At Average Temperature Until Golden Yellow And Crispy. Turn Regularly. Oven: Preheat The Oven At 220°C (428°F) Gas Mark 7. Spread The Seasoned Potato Wedges (° 500G) On A Baking Tray (Preferably On Baking Paper). Place The Tray In The Middle Of The Oven. Bake For Approx. 15-20 Minutes Until Golden Yellow And Crispy. Turn Once During Cooking Time. Bake Smaller Quantities For A Shorter Period. Cooking Time Will Be Shorter In A Fan Assisted Oven. Combination-Steamer: (Convection) Preheat To 200°C. Spread The Seasoned Potato Wedges Equally On A Baking Tray And Place The Tray In The Middle Of The Combination-Steamer. Bake For 9-13 Minutes Until Golden Yellow And Crispy.
