Directions for use
For best results, cook from frozen. Commercial fryer: Preheat the frying oil to 175 °C / 347 °F. Fry quantities (min. 500 g) for about 3 - 3.5 minutes until golden yellow and crispy. Frying pan: Heat some oil or butter. Put the seasoned potato wedges in the frying pan as soon as the butter is melted. Cook for about 10 - 15 minutes at average temperature until golden yellow and crispy. Turn regularly. Oven: Preheat the oven to 220 °C / 428 °F / Gas Mark 7. Spread the seasoned potato wedges (approximately 500 g) on a baking tray (preferably on baking paper). Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake for approximately 15 - 20 minutes until golden yellow and crispy. Turn once during cooking time. Bake smaller quantities for a shorter period. Cooking time will be shorter in a fan assisted oven. Combination-steamer (convection): Preheat to 200 °C. Spread the seasoned potato wedges equally on a baking tray and place the tray in the middle of the combination-steamer. Bake for 9 - 13 minutes until golden yellow and crispy.
