They are blanched and frozen quickly locking in the nutritional values. Calibrated for quality and size for a consistent product, they can be used straight from frozen with no risk of waste.

Cooking & Handling Instructions

Directions for use

For best results, cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. To boil: Add to boiling water and simmer for approximately 4 - 5 minutes. To microwave: Place 250 g in a non-metallic bowl and add 2 - 3 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook on full power (650 W) for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
