A ready to cook frozen mix of diced carrots, peas, cut beans and sweetcorn. All our vegetables are harvested at their very peak of quality. They are blanched and frozen quickly locking in the nutritional values. Calibrated for quality and size for a consistent product, they can be used straight from frozen with no risk of waste.

Cooking & Handling Instructions

Directions for use

For best results, cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. To boil over stove: Add to boiling water and simmer for approximately 4 - 5 minutes. To microwave: Place 250 g in a non-metallic bowl and add 2 - 3 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook on full power (650 W) for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
