Fortified Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Whey Powder (MILK), Corn Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Creamer (Palm Fat, Lactose (MILK), MILK Protein), Yeast Extract, Dried Mushroom (2%), Palm Fat, Dried Onion, Stabiliser (Diphosphates), Natural Flavouring, Caramelised Sugar.

Cooking Instructions

For 5 portions, mix 75g of soup mix with 250ml of cold water to form a smooth paste. Add 583ml of cold water and bring to the boil. Cover pan and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Whole tub (approx 150 portions) use 25 litres of cold water.
