Fortified WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Whey Powder (MILK), Dried Yeast, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Salt, Dextrose.

These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual conditions MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS Place required amount of mix (see table below) into a mixing bowl. Slowly add required amount of water whilst mixing on a slow speed using a dough hook. Mix for 5 minutes on a medium speed until the dough is smooth. Weigh and shape as required on a lightly floured surface. Cover and rest for 8 minutes. Roll out to desired thickness, place on a greased tray and pierce all over with a fork. Spread with desired topping to within 5mm of the edge. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS Bake at 170-180°C/340-355°F for 8-10 minutes.
