Directions for use
To stuff poultry, or a joint, add 250 ml (9 fl oz) of water (can be hot or cold) to 85 g (3 oz) of stuffing mix. Stir well and allow to stand for a few minutes. Stuff the roast in the usual way. If served separately, prepare mixture as above and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Form into balls, place on a greased baking tin, and cook in a preheated oven, 200°C, 400°F or gas mark 6, for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Store in a cool dry place.
