Directions for use
Hob: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan. Add minced beef and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Drain off excess fat and add chilli con carne sauce, stir and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes (or until thoroughly cooked). Oven: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan. Add minced beef and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Drain off excess fat and add chilli con carne sauce. Transfer to an oven proof dish, stir and cover. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F / Gas Mark 4 for 25 – 30 minutes, until protein is thoroughly cooked.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
