Directions for use
Oven bake: Preheat oven to 200 °C / 400 °F / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Deep fry: Preheat oil to 180 °C. Gently lower and fully immerse the goujons into the oil. Fry for 4 - 5 minutes. Drain and serve. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze once thawed.
