Cooking Instructions

To boil: Add The Frozen Sweetcorn To Boiling Water And Simmer For Approx 3-4 Minutes. To Microwave: Place 250G Of Frozen Vegetables In A Non-Metallic Bowl, Add 2-3 15ml Spoons Of Water And Cover. Cook On Full Power (650W) For 4 Minutes, Stirring Half Way Through Cooking. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

For best results, cook from frozen. Do not eat raw.
