oven cook from frozen: preheat oven to 200°c/180°c (fan) / gas mark 6. Place sausages on an oven tray on the middle shelf and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning once during cooking. Air fryer: place sausages in the air fryer at 200°c for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving
