Directions for Use

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost prior to serving. Once defrosted store in a cool dry place in an airtight container. Consume within 3 days. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. DEFROSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Whole: Remove all packaging, place on a serving platter, cover and defrost at ambient for approximately 6 hours. Portion: Place the portion on a plate, cover and defrost at ambient for approximately 2 hours.
