Defrost the dough ball and prove, before hand-stretching into a pizza base. Always wash hands after handling raw dough. Top with desired topping. Cook before consumption. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Cook at 450-500°C in a wood-fired pizza oven for 2-3 minutes, depending on desired cook and colour. In an Electric or Gas Fired Pizza oven, preheat to 330°C and cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on desired cook and colour. Conventional Oven - Oven Bake at 220°C/ 425°F/ Gas Mark 7 until golden brown.
