This vinegar is a blended wine vinegar from selected Italian wine cellars. It is matured in oak and chestnut casks before bottling and is certified with a Protected Geographical Origin. Sweet and smoky, this dark and thick balsamic vinegar can be used in salad dressings, sauces and marinades, and even drizzled over steaks or fresh fruit.
