Cooking & Handling Instructions

Directions for use

Remove from freezer in plastic bag and defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 4 hours. Place fully defrosted pizza base bottom side down onto a baking tray. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and toppings as required. Place in a pre heated oven 230 degrees C/450 degrees F/Gas Mark 8 for 6 minutes or until the pizza base is golden brown and the cheese has fully melted and begun to bubble.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrost
