Defrost prior to serving. Defrosting the whole: Remove all packaging, including the cake board. Place on a serving platter, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8 °C or below) for approximately 8 hours. Defrost a portion: Remove portion and then place on a plate, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8 °C or below) for approximately 2 hours.
Store frozen at -18 °C or colder. Do not refreeze once thawed. Defrost prior to serving. To maintain gluten-free status, the product is best stored and defrosted in a gluten-free environment. Once defrosted, keep in an airtight container and store chilled / ambient. Use within 72 hours of defrost.
